Donate Building Materials

All donations are accepted at staff discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a donation for any reason.
We encourage all donors to schedule an appointment and check our donation guidelines below.

Item Drop-off

Drop-off items on Tuesday and Saturday between 10:00 - 2:00, or by appointment

Item Pick-up

We offer pick-up services ($150 minimum)

Deconstruction Services

Our trained crew disassembles and safely removes materials for a fee

Are you a company looking to donate overstock, discontinued, or excess materials?

What We Accept

We accept a wide variety of building materials and household items in good condition.

  • Must be 7 years old or newer and in perfect working order
  • If you're unsure of the model or manufacture date, it's most likely too old
  • No tile lots under 50 sq. ft.
  • Exception: a single brand new unopened box
  • No old windows, storm windows, or single-pane windows
  • No sashes alone — windows must be complete units
  • Solid core only — no hollow doors.
  • Must be standard residential size (e.g., 30” x 80”)
  • Custom doors only accepted if brand new
  • No ceiling fans
  • All hardware must be included
  • No water heaters, boilers, or heating systems due to regulations
  • Sensors or other parts may be accepted
  • No lumber, trim, molding, plywood, or wood pieces under 5 ft
  • All wood must be denailed
  • No random open boxes of fasteners, plumbing, electrical components, or door hardware
  • All accepted hardware must be neatly packaged

What We Don't Accept

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept the following items.

  • Upholstered furniture
  • Materials that are damaged, broken, mildewed, rotten, or otherwise unsaleable
  • Materials with peeling or flaking paint
  • Loose glass panes
  • Used drywall
  • Used carpet
  • Masonry materials with mortar or adhesives
  • Flooring with nails or adhesives
  • Lumber shorter than 6 feet and/or full of fasteners
  • Liquids or chemicals of any kind
  • Loose window sashes
  • Paint (used or new)
  • Smoke/CO detectors
  • Gas fired heating systems
  • Gas fired water heaters
  • Propane tanks of any size
  • Loose fasteners
