Reused Windows & Doors
You can stretch your budget by purchasing used windows and doors from the Reuse Center at Boston Building Resources.
Used windows and doors are an excellent choice when you need one (or a few) window or door rather than a large quantity of matching items. Some of the Reuse Center’s items are brand new, and others have been gently used. Some of the older doors we receive will match the architectural style of turn-of-the-century homes.
By renovating with used materials, you will be practicing sustainable building: adding to the life cycle of materials that have already been manufactured and transported.
